Epping Forest Over 35's MTB
The Epping Forest over 35’s mtb group is still going strong and recruiting new members every week.
The main weekly ride takes place on Saturday morning at 10.45am from opposite Chingford Station.
There are also regular mid-week rides leaving from The Butlers Retreat which are organised on a more ad-hoc basis.
We have set up a google group as a web based forum for keeping in contact with existing riders and new riders alike.

had a brilliant first ride with you all, thanks very much for the induction, vertical drops are still on the agenda. i work some saturdays at greens but definitely intend to be back with the Mods
